Chargé clientèle (H/F) - CDD saison - Marseille

Conduct client reception, counseling, and retention by greeting professional and private customers, explaining rental options and vehicle availability, and resolving claims while adhering to group policies. Promote additional services such as insurance and fuel options while meeting individual and collective commercial targets. Participate in vehicle transfers and preparation, manage administrative tasks including contract handling, payment collection, and report preparation, and ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures. Work a 37-hour base schedule with performance, shift, and holiday bonuses in the Marseille Airport and Aubagne locations during the September to October season.
