Job Summary
Characterization Scientist to contribute to formulation and process development of biotherapeutic products. Perform analytical testing and comprehensive characterization of candidate molecules using biophysical, biochemical, and particulate techniques (HPLC methods including SE-HPLC, IEX, HIC, RP-HPLC; CGE; iCE; spectroscopic methods; light obscuration; microflow imaging). Provide general laboratory support, manage data and documents in Empower and ELNs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to advance formulation optimization and candidate progression. The role supports development from preclinical through late-stage development and commercialization, with responsibilities including data compilation, preparation of presentations/reports, and adherence to lab procedures. Requirements include at least a BS in a related field and 1+ years of industry chromatography experience; ability to work in the United States without sponsorship; knowledge of biologics and analytical characterization techniques; and strong data/technical skills. Typical schedule is Full Time, 8am-5pm, in Andover, MA with comprehensive benefits and an hourly rate of $27-$30 depending on education and experience.

- BS in Pharmaceutics, Chemistry, Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Biology or equivalent
