Job Summary
Chapter Services Specialist responsibilities include supporting the SCI chapter network in an assigned geographic area with up to 50% travel, serving as the primary liaison between SCI Headquarters and chapters, and promoting chapter growth. The role involves ensuring chapter compliance, using the iMIS system to monitor reports and donor metrics, developing and delivering Regional Training Seminars, recruiting vendors for fundraising catalogs, attending chapter events, processing memberships and fund-raising activities, maintaining schedules and data integrity, and mentoring new chapters while coordinating with regional representatives to meet annual growth targets. Remote work is available with travel to conventions and chapter events; strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business management, or related field
- 3 years of related experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in the outdoor/hunting industry preferred
