Job Summary
Chapter Manager responsible for leading chapter operations, governance liaison, member lifecycle management, Accelerator program administration, events, communications, sponsorship fulfillment, and financial administration. Partners with the Board of Directors, Committee Chairs, Strategic Alliance Partners, and Global leadership to deliver an exceptional member experience; oversees membership engagement, events, messaging, and sponsor relations while ensuring compliance, strategic planning, and high-quality participant experiences across governance, programs, and growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- 3+ years of experience in operations, event management, membership organizations, nonprofit management, project management, or related fields
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience supporting executive leaders, volunteer boards, entrepreneurs, or business owners preferred
