Chapter Lead for DO FlexHub Cluster (m/f/d)

Job Summary
Lead and manage a team of approximately 30 software engineers in DTC Łódź, recruiting, onboarding, and coaching staff while fostering an innovative cluster culture across German, Polish, and Bulgarian locations. Coordinate project scopes with stakeholders, allocate resources based on delivery needs, and ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements. Support Strategic Initiative projects by negotiating project scope with customers, maintaining long-term client relationships, and resolving technical and managerial challenges to meet quality standards and timelines. Stay aligned with industry trends in AI, Cloud, and automation to guide the team toward future-proof solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Deep expertise in driving and implementing future-proof technologies, specifically AI, Generative AI, and Data Science
- Proven track record in the consulting sector, preferably as an Inhouse Consultant or strategic business partner
- Strong capability to understand internal clients' demands and systematically translate them into high-performing technical teams
- Demonstrated experience in attracting, scaling, and mentoring highly specialized tech talents (e.g., Data Scientists, AI Engineers)
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery as well as employee satisfaction
- Ability to inspire and motivate
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Awareness of and adherence to compliance regulations
- Understanding of the financial industry
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in building scalable AI/ML solutions within enterprise or regulated environments is a strong plus
- Experience in German companies is a plus
