Job Summary
Conduct chapter development by traveling from chapter to chapter to strengthen sisterhood and create environments where lifelong friendship grows. Share resources with existing chapters and establish emerging chapters from the ground up. Collaborate with chapter officers to ensure a positive member experience and coach them to fulfill their highest potential. Serve as a cheerleader for each chapter by leaning into their strengths and developing long-term relationships. Handle consistent travel using multiple modes of transportation while adhering to deadlines. Maintain a valid driver's license and complete required background checks and drug tests.
Required Qualifications
- A recent collegiate member in good standing of Delta Delta Delta
- Possess a valid Drivers License
- Bachelor's degree required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft operating system and programs
- Handle consistent travel, multiple modes of transportation
- Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adhere to deadlines
- Leadership experience
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to change
- Successful completion of a background check and drug test
- Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Records check
