Job Summary
Conduct chapter-to-chapter travel to strengthen sisterhood by sharing resources and empowering officers. Establish emerging chapters from the ground up while coaching officers to fulfill their highest potential. Serve as a cheerleader for existing chapters, collaborating with officers to ensure positive member experiences and developing long-term relationships. Maintain a valid driver's license and handle consistent travel using multiple modes of transportation. Complete background checks and adhere to all deadlines while demonstrating flexibility to adapt to change.
Required Qualifications
- A recent collegiate member in good standing of Delta Delta Delta
- Possess a valid Drivers License
- Bachelor's degree required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft operating system and programs
- Handle consistent travel, multiple modes of transportation
- Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adhere to deadlines
- Leadership experience
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to change
- Successful completion of a background check and drug test
- Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Records check
