Job Summary
Provide professional spiritual care ministry to patients, families, and staff across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. Implement the mission, values, policies, and procedures of the Department of Spiritual Health Services and the facility. Deliver clinical pastoral education units and support the spiritual, religious, and emotional needs of others within the healthcare team. Maintain national chaplain certification within three years of hire. Join a Magnet-designated hospital recognized for excellence in cardiac, surgical, and women's services.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Theology, Divinity, Spirituality, Pastoral Ministry or relevant religious studies similarly accepted in chaplaincy board certifying organizations or equivalent education/experience
- Four clinical pastoral education units
- National Chaplain Certification
