Chaplain, Regional Culture Specialist

Job Summary
Conduct regular in-person visits across Florida locations to build authentic relationships with Extra Milers from the warehouse floor to regional leadership. Provide pastoral care and spiritual support for individuals navigating personal, professional, or family challenges while maintaining strict confidentiality. Facilitate Living Waters programs such as Life Groups and Vision Trips, and document all interactions in the Culture Context Database. Communicate trends and needs to leadership to support cultural health initiatives. Requires an Associate's degree, demonstrated pastoral experience, and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree required
- Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Theology, Ministry, Counseling, or a related field
- equivalent professional pastoral experience
- Demonstrated experience in a pastoral, ministerial, or chaplaincy role
- proven ability in active listening and spiritual leadership

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong personal integrity
- demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Self-directed with strong time management and accountability
- ability to structure and manage a territory-based schedule independently
- Working familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- comfort learning new systems (e.g., Culture Context Database)
- Willingness to travel regularly within an assigned territory of RLX locations
