Job Summary
Provide spiritual care as a fully integrated member of the health care team, addressing spiritual distress, grief support, and crisis interventions for patients, residents, participants, families, and colleagues. Develops and participates in programs to promote spiritually informed care, collaborates with faith leaders from diverse traditions, documents spiritual assessments and interventions in the EMR, and supports ethical and cultural considerations within the care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Theology, Religion, Spiritual Care or Spirituality, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One (1) to three (3) years of Spiritual Care experience, including CPE training
- Board Certified Chaplain (BCC) strongly preferred via one of the licensing groups: APC, CASC, NACC, and NAJC
