Job Summary
Staff Chaplain provides spiritual and emotional support to patients across the facility (including Emergency Room, inpatient units, ICU, and outpatient areas) as well as to families and healthcare staff. Responsible for assessing and addressing spiritual and emotional needs of individuals facing health care decisions, trauma, and chronic/terminal disease. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support in alignment with patient values and care goals.
