Part-time Chaplain serving on-site at client worksites in Rapid City, SD, providing Christian pastoral care, spiritual guidance, and support to employees and their immediate families. Responsibilities include regular visits to worksites, confidential pastoral discussions, grief and life-issues support, coordination of referrals for specialized assistance, and participation in employee orientation to explain Employee Care Services. Must demonstrate spiritual maturity, effective listening and communication, diplomacy, confidentiality, and proficiency with Google/Microsoft tools. Active state driver’s license and state minimum auto insurance required; pre-employment background check. Remote field work with travel to client sites as needed.
