Job Summary
Chaplain (Part-Time) in North Branch, MN responsible for delivering workplace spiritual care and ministry. Regular visits to company worksites (usually weekly) to build trusted relationships, provide confidential pastoral discussions, and support employees and their families across life events such as illness, grief, divorce, and other stresses. Role includes planning or attending funerals, coordinating with Employee Care Services, and representing chaplain services to client companies. Requires Christian faith and ministry alignment, ability to interact with diverse groups with professionalism, excellent communication, and comfort working across different settings. The position is 2-4 hours per week with variable needs based on chaplain availability and client requirements; remote-positioning is field-based with site-dependent work environments, and a valid driver’s license is required.
Required Qualifications
- Active state driver’s license and state minimum auto insurance (state(s) where servicing clients)
- Pre-employment background check
- Ability to work as a member of an interdisciplinary group and in an interfaith setting

- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Diplomacy and courtesy with diverse groups
