Job Summary
Conduct weekly visits to company worksites and provide confidential pastoral discussions for employees and families regarding life issues, grief, and financial stress. Assist in funeral planning, attend jail visits, and deliver death notifications to impacted families. Facilitate spiritual enrichment activities, provide literature, and represent the company to clients during crises. Participate in new employee orientations and respond to leadership requests within the Letter of Agreement. Maintain emotional stability while documenting sensitive issues and utilizing Google Suites or Microsoft Office. Requires active driver's license, Christian faith commitment, and ability to work in diverse environments including hospitals and manufacturing sites.

- Attests to a saving faith in Jesus Christ and actively participates in a biblically based church
- Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with diplomacy, patience, and courtesy with diverse groups
- Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships while providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issues
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate and interact effectively with leadership, colleagues, employees, and families

- Must have active state driver's license and state minimum auto insurance (state(s) where servicing clients)
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
