Job Summary
Provide professional and competent spiritual care ministry, serving the spiritual, religious, and emotional needs of patients in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. Implement the mission, values, policies, and procedures of Kadlec Regional Medical Center as a member of the healthcare team. Maintain a Master's Degree in Theology, Divinity, Spirituality, or Pastoral Ministry, complete 4 units of accredited Clinical Pastoral Education, and achieve National Chaplain Certification within three years of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Theology, Divinity, Spirituality, Pastoral Ministry or the equivalent applicable education from an accredited institution
- 4 units—Accredited or approved by the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE), by programs that were accredited by the former United States Conference of Catholic Bishops Commission on Certification and Accreditation (USCCB/CCA), or the Canadian Association for Spiritual Care (CASC/ACSS)
- Within 3 years of hire National Chaplain Certification
