Job Summary
Provide spiritual care and crisis support to patients, families, and staff; collaborate with an interdisciplinary patient care team; perform sacraments and rituals across many faith traditions; participate in departmental committees and educational programs; support leadership through staff development, critical incident stress management, and research activities; be available for flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends with on-call coverage; document patient encounters in EPIC; may require travel to facilities for chaplain duties; Mayo Clinic OnDemand interview process for selection.
