Job Summary
Provide spiritual care to patients and caregivers of all age groups, perform spiritual assessments, and offer pastoral support while making referrals to meet their needs. Conduct annual TB screenings and maintain working knowledge of community spiritual resources. Travel locally to patient homes in various conditions, managing occasional exposure to infectious diseases and unpleasant weather. Requires reliable transportation with valid auto liability insurance. One year of healthcare chaplaincy experience is preferred, alongside a college degree or Masters of Divinity. Reports to the Director of Nursing.

- State Driver's License
- Reliable transportation

- TB screen annually
- Prolonged standing, walking, and sitting
- Working under some stressful conditions
- Ability to make quick decisions and resource acquisition
- Ability to travel locally
- Ability to work in unpleasant weather
Desired Qualifications
- College degree
- Masters of Divinity
- One (1) year experience as a Chaplain in a health care institution
- Working knowledge of community spiritual resources
- Good interpersonal skills
