Chaplain

Conduct pastoral ministry through visitation, counsel, and staff sacramental support to patients, families, and staff. Assist individuals in meeting psychosocial, social, spiritual, and emotional needs during illness, injury, and death by providing active listening, reflection, discussion, and prayer. Respond promptly to crisis intervention calls in assigned areas and ensure spiritual services are available to new patients and families. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through care rounding, family conferences, and departmental meetings while assisting local religious groups in caring for their congregations. Work Monday through Friday with one Saturday monthly and rotating on-call duties.
