Job Summary
Provide direct spiritual support and counseling to hospice patients and families, collaborate with staff and clergy to address spiritual concerns, participate in interdisciplinary team (IDT) conferences, and arrange for on-call spiritual services; perform occasional liturgical assignments and funeral/memorial planning; develop and maintain relationships with a network of clergy to support patients/families; utilize technology (iPad, laptop, EMR) to document visits and coordinate care; part-time role (20-29 hours/week) across multiple locations, with a minimum educational credential of a Bachelor's (preferred) and prior pastoral care experience.
