Job Summary
Conduct religious worship services and perform spiritual functions for residents, team members, and families within the community. Provide spiritual and moral guidance while developing and maintaining continuity of the overall spiritual life through coordination of religious and spiritual programs. Requires a Master of Divinity, ordination, and five years of ministry experience. Acts Retirement-Life Communities operates 28 communities across nine states, offering a lifestyle with dining, fitness, and healthcare amenities.
Required Qualifications
- A Master of Divinity or its equivalent from an accredited seminary or accredited graduate theological school
- Completion of one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education or its equivalent
- Minimum of five years' ministry experience
- Ordination in one's faith tradition, including a denominational endorsement, indicating that the candidate is in good standing
