Job Summary
Channels Product Analyst responsible for supporting the channels product management team with SWIFT standard releases, end-to-end impact analysis across payments, securities, collateral, and cash domains, and defining business requirements and data mappings (MT→MX). Lead workshops, coordinate governance, and translate SWIFT changes into functional specifications and change requests; support migration activities (MT→MX) and test validation (SIT/UAT). Requires deep knowledge of SWIFT FIN and ISO 20022 message structures, experience in payments/securities domains, strong communication, and ability to drive changes in a multicultural environment. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as Business Analyst in financial services
- SWIFT messaging and ISO migration programs
- Experience in payments and/or securities domains
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- University-level education
- Experience in test case design and execution; defect management tools; SWIFT/MyStandards related tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines; strong stakeholder management
