Channel Systems Engineer - Switzerland

Job Summary
Conduct technical pre-sales support for channel partners by delivering product demos, Proof of Concepts, and presentations to demonstrate cybersecurity value. Design custom security solutions tailored to customer requirements, covering threat detection, firewall, endpoint security, and cloud technologies. Provide ongoing post-sales consultation and act as a bridge between partners and internal teams to resolve technical issues and optimize deployments. Lead channel partner enablement through training sessions and collaborate with marketing to create technical documentation and case studies. Liaise with product and R&D teams to communicate customer feedback and influence product development. Fluency in German and English is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in system engineering, solution architecture, or technical support roles within the cybersecurity or IT industry
- Experience working in a pre-sales capacity with channel partners or VARs (Value Added Resellers)
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity products and services, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint security, and cloud security
- Hands-on experience with network security technologies, system architecture, and protocols
- Proficiency in working with Linux/Unix, Windows, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Fluency in German and English
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Bash
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CCNA Security, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications
