Job Summary
Lead the innovation agenda for performance marketing by identifying, evaluating, and championing new opportunities, technologies, and approaches; design, launch, and manage strategic pilots and test-and-learn programs across owned digital channels (Chase.com, Chase Mobile, email); collaborate with marketing teams to design optimization initiatives that unlock growth and improve ROI; build compelling business cases for new investments; oversee analysis of experimental data to inform customer acquisition and engagement strategies; present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders to influence decisions; monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge; foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement; mentor and develop junior team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 6+ years of marketing or equivalent experience with expertise in digital marketing, marketing innovation, data analysis, and strategic planning
- Exceptional executive-level written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Tableau, SQL)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- High intellectual curiosity and ability to quickly develop expertise in new areas
