Job Summary
Channel Solution Engineer responsible for delivering technical pre-sales support and presentations to partners and customers throughout the sales lifecycle. Key duties include remote/on-site product demonstrations, Solution Discovery/Overview/Technical Deep Dives, assisting with evaluation and selection, building Proofs of Concept, drafting proposals in response to RFIs/RFPs, collaborating on joint go-to-market strategies, enabling partners in pre-sales activities, communicating product value to business objectives, fostering relationships with customer/partner advocates, guiding buying visions for cost reduction and increased agility, and supporting events with sales/marketing teams. Requires strong technical knowledge of AvePoint solutions, SharePoint and Microsoft 365, experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally. BA/BS or 10 years of relevant experience, professional proficiency in Portuguese (Brazil) and Spanish (Mexico) with English as a second language, and advanced communications and troubleshooting skills.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree (Computer, Technology and Engineering majors preferred) OR 10 years of relevant work experience
