Job Summary
Optimize field network operations and delivery service levels by coordinating with clients and subcontracted partners. Negotiate relationships with vendors, oversee performance through on-site inspections, and manage invoice processing and cost budgets for delivery lanes. Plan resource allocation, analyze service areas to reduce costs, and track KPIs including quality, stock levels, and delivery times. Proactively resolve last-mile delivery issues and handle complaints while training network partners through field and online programs.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years vendor / courier partner management experience
- Proven experience in managing external delivery partners and suppliers
- Strong expertise in Austrian last-mile landscape
- In-depth knowledge of the local last-mile ecosystem
- Fluency in German and English
