Job Summary
Channel Manager responsible for recruiting, managing, and supporting external sales agents to expand the partner network and drive business growth. Role focuses on helping partners sell data, voice, and managed IT solutions to business clients; duties include recruiting and onboarding channel partners, meeting sales quotas, educating and supporting partners on company solutions, joining sales calls to present solutions and close deals, collaborating with internal teams to tailor client solutions, and ensuring high agent satisfaction and smooth deal execution. Requires hunter mentality, 5+ years in IT managed services/data networks/telecom, expertise in VoIP/SDN/cloud communications/cybersecurity, strong relationship management and negotiation skills, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in IT Managed Services, Data Networks, or Telecom
- Expertise in VoIP, SDN, cloud communications, and cybersecurity
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
