Job Summary
Channel Sales Manager, EMEA at Mixpanel will own and grow a defined portfolio of Channel and Reseller partners across the EMEA region, recruiting, enabling, and onboarding partners, building partner-specific business plans with target accounts and revenue goals, and creating repeatable partner motions to multiply Mixpanel’s reach. You will align partners with Account Executives, run regular planning and review sessions, drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, and manage partner programs and communications (PRM) while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and regional leadership. The role emphasizes building momentum, identifying opportunities to accelerate active deals through partner ecosystems, and delivering measurable pipeline and revenue growth across defined priority markets.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in channel sales, partnerships, alliances, business development, or direct SaaS sales, ideally in a quota carrying or pipeline generating role
- Experience building, managing, or scaling partner relationships across Southern Europe, the Middle East and Africa (SEMEA)
- Strong commercial instincts with proficiency in pipeline creation, opportunity progression, forecasting, partner sourced revenue, and partner influenced revenue
- Ability to translate partner relationships into practical sales activity: account mapping, joint prospecting, opportunity qualification, co-selling, campaign follow up, and executive alignment
- Understanding of SaaS go-to-market models, reseller economics, services-led selling, and partner ecosystems to drive regional growth
- Capability to work with cross-functional teams (Account Executives, Sales Managers, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, Customer Success) to align around revenue goals
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build structure, create momentum, and operate in fast-moving environments
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex value propositions clearly to commercial and technical audiences
- Data-driven approach to managing partner performance, tracking activity and pipeline
- Genuine interest in product intelligence and digital products to improve customer experiences
- Bonus: experience with AI tools, multilingual capabilities, and experience in growth markets
