Job Summary
Channel Sales Manager EMEA responsible for leading the regional channel sales team, managing distributor and channel partner accounts, and driving revenue growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Build and maintain relationships with international distribution partners, oversee funnel health and forecasting, and collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and lead generation. Travel regionally and internationally to customer sites, distributor meetings, conferences, and industry events to identify new market opportunities and foster business development. Requires BS in commercial/science fields, 5+ years of international channel sales experience, strong leadership, customer-facing communication, and deep product knowledge of dataloggers, weather stations, and cloud-based solutions. Fluent English and willingness to travel are essential.
Required Qualifications
- BS in commercial or science fields
- 5+ years of international channel sales experience with quota responsibility
- proven success managing reseller and distributor networks
- strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration
- strong technical aptitude with dataloggers, weather stations, software platforms, and cloud-based solutions
- fluent English
- ability to travel regionally and internationally
- experience developing and executing joint sales plans to achieve revenue targets
