Job Summary

Channel Sales Manager EMEA (m/w/d) will lead the regional channel sales team to manage and grow Li-Cor and HOBO distribution and reseller networks across the EMEA region. Responsibilities include developing and executing regional channel sales strategies with distributor and channel partner accounts, maintaining a healthy sales funnel, driving lead generation, and supporting long-term brand development. The role requires building strong partnerships with international distribution partners, collaborating with marketing to align campaigns and events, contributing to sales forecasting and target setting, and traveling regionally and internationally to customer sites, distributor meetings, conferences, and industry events. Key skills include partner management, revenue growth planning, inventory/forecasting, cross-functional collaboration, technical aptitude in dataloggers and weather stations, and excellent communication in English. The position emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and measurable operational results within environmental and agricultural markets.

Required Qualifications

  • BS in commercial or science fields
  • 5+ years of international channel sales experience with quota responsibility in technology-driven markets
  • experience managing reseller and distributor networks, sales funnels, and forecasting
  • ability to understand and communicate technical applications and technologies across environmental and agricultural industries
  • expertise in partner management and joint sales plans
  • leadership experience in strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration
  • strong technical aptitude with dataloggers, weather stations, software platforms, and cloud-based solutions
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent English; presentations and mentoring experience
  • ability to collaborate across product management, marketing, technical support, regional sales, and operations teams
  • ability to travel regionally and internationally to customer sites and events
