Job Summary
Responsible for building and maintaining trusting relationships with channel partners, recruiting and onboarding new partners, enabling partners with tools and resources, collaborating on go-to-market strategies and sales targets, delivering partner enablement initiatives, monitoring partner performance, resolving partner issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver cohesive partner solutions. Travel on the East Coast 30-40% is required; remote/home-based work is available when not traveling.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of channel sales or partner management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline or equivalent practical experience
- Proven ability to build, manage, and grow strategic partner relationships with measurable success
- Skilled in negotiation and influence, with a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Self-starter with strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel 30-40% on the East Coast
