Job Summary
Channel Sales Manager to drive growth across the United States through the Technology Solutions Distributor (TSD) ecosystem. Individual contributor responsible for recruiting, enabling, and managing Trusted Advisors, agents, and consultants sourcing through major TSDs (focus on Telarus, AVANT, Bridgepointe). Owns the front of the funnel by building advisor base, generating qualified opportunities, and handing off to Authenticx direct sales. Requires deep relationships with advisor and TSD communities, fluency in indirect channel transactions, and the ability to represent Authenticx at industry events and in front of partners. Key duties include recruitment/onboarding of advisors, managing partner and TSD relationships, pipeline management, quarterly business reviews, co-marketing activities, CRM governance, and maintaining channel program alignment with revenue targets. Travel up to 40%, hybrid work in Indianapolis (2 days on-site) with potential for fully remote US-based candidates; occasional on-site in Indianapolis for local team members; minimal overnight travel 1-4x per year. Must reside in the USA and be eligible to work without visa sponsorship now or in the future. All information kept confidential per EEO guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in channel sales, partner management, or supplier-side roles within the TSD ecosystem
- Documented, active relationships with Telarus, AVANT, and Bridgepointe leadership and top-producing advisors
- Demonstrated experience selling SaaS, contact center, CX, or analytics solutions through Trusted Advisors and TSDs
- Strong understanding of indirect sales models and how deals are sourced, registered, quoted, contracted, and commissioned in the TSD model
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and on-stage presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 40%
- Comfort working as an individual contributor with significant autonomy and ownership of a national number
