Channel Relationship Manager

Job Summary
Channel Relationship Manager responsible for the partner network: maintain trust-based relationships with Channel Partners across NSW, QLD, and VIC; be the first point of contact for stock requests and partner support; prepare and distribute partner packs and pricing; conduct at least five on-site partner appointments per week; onboard new partners with materials and training; manage pre-EOI/EOI processes; keep HubSpot CRM 100% clean and up-to-date; provide weekly updates and market insights; coordinate with internal teams on stock, packaging timelines, and partner expectations; lead partner engagement events; operate with a fast, proactive, outcome-driven mindset. The role requires strong relationship-building, CRM proficiency, meticulous administration, clear communication, and comfortable national travel. Location is Sydney (NSW) with travel; reporting to CEO and leadership team. Candidates with experience in project marketing, house and land sales, or mortgage broking/buyer’s agency will stand out.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years' experience in channel sales, partner success, or sales coordination within residential construction or property investment
- An active network of Channel Partners — buyer's agents, SMSF specialists, property strategists, or investment-focused mortgage brokers
- CRM fluency — HubSpot preferred, Salesforce accepted
- Strong administrative and organisational skills — accuracy under pressure
- Confident communicator across multiple stakeholders — phone, video, and face-to-face
- Comfortable with national travel — quarterly face-to-face visits across Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne
