Job Summary
The Channel Partner Sales Manager will lead the expansion of Xylem's municipal UV disinfection business across Western North America. Responsibilities include developing and executing channel strategies, building collaborative relationships with channel partners, executing joint sales and marketing initiatives, and providing technical guidance and ongoing support to optimize sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial insight, with at least 5 years of experience in sales or marketing within the municipal or utility sector and the ability to negotiate and influence effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably within the municipal or utility sector
- Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and build long-term, value-driven relationships
- Strong commercial insight with comprehensive market knowledge and effective client management skills
- Ability to translate technical solutions into clear value propositions for partners and customers
Desired Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in sales, engineering, or business are highly desirable
