Job Summary
Identify, vet, and acquire qualified new referral and reseller partners to expand the corporate footprint while managing customer retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities. Collaborate with internal Sales teams on joint deals, oversee partner onboarding including accreditations and contract follow-ups, and ensure proper referral tracking in the CRM. Manage communications channels, draft invoices for approval, and attend partner meetings to provide ground-level data and feedback. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 2-3 years of sales or CRM experience, and local travel within the assigned territory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
- Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer relationship management
- Willingness to travel locally within assigned territory
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in channel sales, telco, or IT industry preferred (negotiable)
