Job Summary
PAC is seeking a Channel Marketing Specialist to support distributor channel marketing and strengthen engagement across the global partner ecosystem. This role manages the Partner Program, driving partner compliance and engagement while maintaining clear communication regarding promotions and updates. The ideal candidate will champion marketing resources, support campaign execution, coordinate events, and collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Operations teams. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and extensive marketing experience, particularly in channel or partner marketing. Strong communication skills and Excel proficiency are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5–7 years in marketing, channel marketing, partner marketing, or B2B marketing
- 2–3 years working directly with channel distributors, resellers, or partner ecosystems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in channel or partner marketing
- High proficiency in Excel for tracking, reporting, and analysis
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing formal partner programs or tiered partner models
- Familiarity with CRM, HubSpot or partner management tools
- Ability to balance structure with flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with international distributors or channel partners
