Channel Marketing Manager

Job Summary
Channel Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing channel marketing programs to support reseller, distributor, and alliance partner initiatives. Drive awareness, enablement, and demand generation within indirect sales channels; collaborate with sales and partner teams to create co-branded campaigns, partner toolkits, and promotional materials; manage MDF programs including planning, approvals, execution, and ROI reporting; create and maintain partner-facing collateral (sales enablement tools, case studies, email templates); track program performance metrics to optimize effectiveness; coordinate webinars, events, and trade shows with partners and internal stakeholders; support onboarding and training of new partners with tailored marketing enablement content; maintain partner portal content and ensure up-to-date resources; develop distribution and VAR marketing plans and follow through on deliverables and timelines.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in channel or partner marketing
- Strong understanding of indirect sales models and partner ecosystems
- Proven ability to develop and execute multi-touch marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
