Job Summary
Develop and execute channel marketing plans that support company revenue goals, building programs to increase dealer recruitment, activation, and retention. Manage initiatives with national and regional distribution partners, creating promotions, rebates, and co-branded campaigns while measuring ROI. Produce sales enablement assets including battle cards, sell sheets, and presentation decks to support field sales and lead go-to-market activities for new product introductions. Coordinate trade shows, webinars, and training initiatives, executing email campaigns and supporting digital marketing efforts. Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports. Requires 5+ years of B2B marketing experience and proficiency with CRM platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience
- 3+ years supporting channel sales, distribution, or partner marketing
- Experience working with distributors and reseller networks
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/marketing automation platforms
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time if needed
- May be required to stand for long periods of time
- Constantly operates a computer and possibly other work related machinery
- Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing, or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine including repetitive motions
- Constantly receiving detailed information through oral communication
- Constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of verbal communication
- Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances
- May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and noise levels
