Job Summary
Channel Marketing Manager to own Crowcon’s global channel marketing strategy and execution. Leads multi-channel campaigns, partner enablement, and demand generation across a global partner base; collaborates with Sales, Product Management and Brand Marketing to drive engagement, pipeline, and partner performance. Responsibilities include designing and executing joint demand generation activities, translating global campaign frameworks into local plans, planning and supporting channel partner events, activating brand campaigns through partners, managing the partner portal, and delivering data-driven ROI reporting. Requires 5+ years in B2B channel or partner marketing, strong storytelling and cross-functional collaboration skills, and an ability to manage communications and programs across international teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B channel or partner marketing, communications or generalist marketing
- Hands-on experience developing and executing partner marketing programmes and campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with campaign performance tracking, reporting and dashboards
- Ability to translate complex priorities into clear and compelling partner-facing communications
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a lean team environment with the ability to prioritise, multitask and adapt quickly
