Job Summary
Develop annual channel marketing plans and define measurable KPIs aligned with commercial growth targets and regional priorities. Execute co-marketing campaigns, sales training programs, and content activations while managing channel market development funds and optimizing return on investment. Act as the daily point of contact for selected distributors and resellers, ensuring brand compliance across messaging and visuals while collaborating with Channel Business Managers and global marketing teams. Monitor performance metrics to drive demand generation and continuously refine tactics for channel account growth across the APAC region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Marketing or related business field
- Experienced B2B marketeer with demonstrated success in driving growth in a two-tier channel model
- Extensive experience in channel marketing from larger corporations, including management of market development funds (MDF)
- Experience from the tech and/or software industry
- A team player with an intrinsic motive to help colleagues and go an extra mile to deliver on commitments
- Skilled in developing and executing channel marketing plans addressing business objectives with the channel partner
- Digital mindset and experience in delivering co-marketing demand generation programs
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms for tracking and reporting on performance
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize marketing performance
- Experienced in managing multiple projects and priorities in parallel, works efficiently to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage budgets and resources effectively
- A business marketing partner to sales
- Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Experienced working across cultures and geographies
