Job Summary
Channel Marketing Associate supporting North American Intermediary Marketing, collaborating with sales, product, investments, and compliance to develop and execute marketing programs across RIAs, broker-dealers, banks and trust companies, and DC platforms. Responsibilities include crafting and editing copy for print and digital collateral (product briefs, brochures, pitch books, white papers, client communications, microsites), coordinating channel-specific content and workflows, ensuring timely compliance-appropriate messaging, supporting digital marketing (web, email, social media) initiatives, managing collateral development through brief-to-production, and assisting with advisor conferences and webinars (pre- and post-event campaigns). Works with legal and compliance to meet regulatory standards and maintains brand consistency across intermediary touchpoints. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Communications, or related field, 3-5+ years in asset/wealth management marketing, strong project-management, communication, numerical analysis skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Location: New York City; hybrid with a minimum of three days per week in office.
