Job Summary
Channel Marketeer drives sales growth and market share through execution of go-to-market and pricing strategies, collaborates to manage the marketing funnel and ensure strategic alignment. Key responsibilities include deploying the go-to-market and pricing strategy, segmenting and acquiring customers via insights into decision journeys and personas, executing Omni-Channel Market Activation Plans with MarCom, optimizing the marketing funnel within the commercial team, adapting and executing commercial policy with pay-for-performance elements to drive sales and margin, managing the A&P budget for ROI, leading indirect revenue activities, developing co-marketing plans with trade customers, and coordinating with MarCom, external agencies, and cross-functional teams to build capability and organizational development. The role also involves day-to-day management of the channel marketing team when acting as a people manager, with requirements for experience in commercial roles (preferably sales), digitization of sales and marketing, market and customer analysis, channel strategy and planning, and marketing planning and activation.
