Job Summary
Channel Manager leads a field-based team of Key Account Managers across Great Britain, driving growth, customer retention and account performance. The role requires regular field presence to coach and review team performance, coordinate cross-department activity, and manage sales planning, forecasting and budget management. Responsible for identifying and securing new business, expanding national accounts, measuring ROI on marketing activity, and supporting monthly business reviews with senior leadership. Essential skills include sales team management, negotiation, strategic planning, excellent communication, and strong Microsoft Office proficiency. A degree-calibre candidate with experience in coffee, FMCG, or convenience sectors is required.
Required Qualifications
- Degree calibre with out-of-home or combined FMCG experience
- Experience in sales team management and national account management
- Understanding of coffee/FOC or related sectors is desirable
