Job Summary
Channel Manager to drive revenue growth through banking-channel sales. Develop and execute channel sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with key channel partners, collaborate with internal teams to align channel initiatives, monitor and analyze performance metrics, develop training programs for channel partners to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness, manage channel partner contracts, and stay ahead of industry trends to inform strategy. Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills; experience with Salesforce and sales automation tools; Bachelor's degree in business/marketing and 5+ years in channel sales within banking. Remote work option with a Toronto, Ontario base.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales or related field within the banking industry
- Proven track record of success in managing and growing sales channels
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools
