Job Summary
Channel Manager responsible for building, developing, and scaling a high-performing partner ecosystem to drive sustainable growth. Own end-to-end partner lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to capability development and pipeline generation. Collaborate with strategic partners to craft long-term growth plans, align partner positioning with target industries, and ensure successful integration. Drive partner enablement across sales, presales, marketing, and delivery; oversee certification and skills development; manage joint go-to-market initiatives and demand generation; oversee pipeline creation and governance across the partner portfolio; measure performance through KPIs and governance reviews. Hybrid work environment in Stockholm, with a focus on strategic partnership development, ecosystem growth, and measurable outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in channel management, partner management, or ecosystem development
- Experience developing and executing partner go-to-market strategies
- Strong understanding of sales, presales, marketing, and service delivery models
- Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, and communication skills
