Job Summary

Channel Manager responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth through assigned distribution partners and reseller ecosystems. Develops and executes channel strategies focused on partner recruitment, onboarding, enablement, pipeline generation, and opportunity acceleration. Serves as primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, building strong business relationships, aligning strategic priorities, and ensuring the indirect sales channel delivers measurable results, increased market penetration, and a high-quality partner experience. Responsibilities include recruiting and enabling new partners, expanding productivity within existing accounts, creating demand through distributor and reseller teams, maintaining collaboration with cross-functional teams, conducting regular business reviews and planning sessions (QBRs and annual strategy), monitoring partner performance with KPIs, and supporting joint marketing programs and MDF/Co-Op investments. Utilizes Salesforce CRM to manage partner activity and track opportunities, maintains knowledge of products and markets, and represents the organization at meetings, events, and trade shows. Travel up to 50% and remote/office work environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered
  • Minimum of five years of successful channel management, partner development, or indirect sales experience
  • Proven ability to develop and grow partner relationships that yield measurable business results
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders and present effectively in-person and virtually
  • Professional presence and maturity to represent the organization as a brand ambassador
  • Interpersonal, negotiation, and account management skills with a customer- and partner-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred
  • Strong technology aptitude and ability to utilize digital tools for organization, communication, and reporting
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% including HQ visits, partner locations, customer sites, and industry events
  • Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining high accuracy
