Channel Director (West)

Job Summary
Channel Director will formalize and scale the company’s channel and alliances program, strengthen and expand national and regional partnerships, activate partner pipelines, and enable partner sales teams to drive measurable revenue impact through a structured program, onboarding, enablement content, and joint go-to-market activities. Responsibilities include designing a tiered partner program, defining engagement rules, onboarding playbooks, partner enablement curriculum, and partner portal; developing executive relationships with national partners (e.g., WWT, GuidePoint Security) and regional VARs (e.g., Defy Security, Evotek, Technologent); driving joint opportunity identification, co-selling motions, pipeline campaigns, quarterly business reviews, and governance with partner scorecards; and ensuring partners understand when to engage UltraViolet Cyber and how to position services across MSSP offerings such as Pen Testing, MDR, and SOC as a Service.
Required Qualifications
- 4–8+ years in channel or alliances roles in a MSSP environment offering Pen Testing, MDR, SOC as a Service, and Security Engineering solutions
- Experience working with VARs, national integrators, or security partners
- Experience building partner programs from early stages
