Job Summary
Channel Development Strategist drives and optimizes Allison’s global channel network by delivering data-driven decision tools and analytics, ensuring Brand Guidelines compliance, and enabling channel partners through HUB content management and market insights. Responsibilities include developing and embedding analytics, managing quarterly channel dashboards, planning and executing channel events, and collaborating cross-functionally with Legal, Customer Support, Marketing, Regional Sales, and DDMs. required skills include strategic thinking, advanced Excel/Power BI capabilities, content governance, cross-functional collaboration, and strong communication to guide distributor performance and stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or other related field
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Analytical skillset for data analysis
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Power BI
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in related industry (automotive, commercial vehicle, industrial or off-highway)
