Job Summary
Channel Developer, On-Premise drives commercial growth for a spirits portfolio within a defined territory by leveraging market insights, identifying trends, and executing strategic plans. Responsibilities include engaging accounts to grow brand presence, share, and velocity; planning and tracking performance with data-driven approaches; developing consumer insights to inform customer engagement sessions; identifying merchandising opportunities; managing agency initiatives, budgets, and reporting; maintaining compliance with legal and marketing guidelines; coordinating with distributors, managers, and customers; and continuously expanding knowledge of spirits categories. Requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, ability to travel, and comfort working in a fast-paced agency environment. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; remote work possible with travel and schedule flexibility. The role emphasizes learning in spirits, program delivery, and reporting to support territory growth and program success.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in bev-alc industry
- Knowledge of liquor laws, regulations
- Ability to travel on ad hoc basis including nights and weekends
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Persuasive selling and negotiation skills
- Budget management skills
