Job Summary

Channel Developer, Off-Premise responsible for driving commercial performance across an off-premise territory for a large portfolio of spirit brands using strategic business solutions and hospitality industry expertise. Role requires leveraging brand programming, education and agency resources to deliver value for customers and build long-term relationships with portfolio accounts. Key duties include maintaining legal and marketing code compliance, driving brand presence and velocity in accounts, planning and tracking performance, gaining consumer-insight to inform customer engagement, identifying merchandising opportunities, managing agency initiatives and budgets, reporting, and ensuring adherence to agency compliance standards. Strong emphasis on communication, negotiation, and relationship-building with distributors, managers, and customers; travel and occasional nights/weekends required; bilingual skills a plus; remote-work capability available. The base compensation range is $60,000.00-$72,000.00 annually with bonus potential and full benefits.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in bev-alc industry
  • Knowledge of liquor laws, regulations, and rules
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Persuasive selling and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work remotely
