Job Summary
Channel Business Manager responsible for driving revenue growth across South India by expanding Milestone’s channel network (distributors, resellers, solution partners, consultants) and strengthening relationships with key channel partners and end-user decision makers. Responsibilities include managing revenue growth to meet annual sales targets, onboarding new partners, maintaining pipeline and CRM forecasting, responding to RFPs/RFIs, supporting partner-led opportunities, coordinating pricing and commercial follow-up with distributors and resellers, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver business results. Travel within the territory as needed; role emphasizes channel development, partner relationship management, opportunity development, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- minimum of 5 years of sales experience in IT, software, security, or related industry sales
- proven track record of sales achievement and territory growth
- strong channel sales experience, ideally within a two-tier distribution environment
- excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- strong presentation and communication skills in English, both verbal and written
